Investigation Summary
At 8:10 a.m. on October 4, 2017, an employee was working from a scissor lift and was applying plaster mud/ tapng of the newly dry-walled electrical room when he fell approximately 11 feet on the concrete floor sustaining serious head trauma and back injuries. The employee was taken to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment and died 10 days later.
