EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN CRUSHED BY FALLING VEHICLE

Employee #1 was working underneath a Grand Wagoneer 4X4 Station Wagon. Employee #1 was apparently in the process of removing a transmission from vehicle when the metal tire rims he was using as jacks to support the vehicle shifted. Employee #1 was crushed underneath the vehicle and was killed.
