Investigation Summary
At 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2017, an employee was operating a Tenoner Machine and reached into the machine with his left hand to remove a jam. The employees hand came into contact with a rotating sawblade and amputated his pinky and partially amputated his ring finger. The employee also lacerated his middle finger. The employee was transported to a local hospital where surgery was completed. The employee was hospitalized.
