At 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 1995, Employee #1, of Sunrise Trucking, Inc., Tucson, AZ, was unloading a race car from a trailer. When the last hold-down strap was removed, the car rolled back and struck Employee #1. He died of traumatic chest injuries.
