Investigation Summary
At 7:00 a.m. on October 1, 2017, an employee was working for a manufacturer of hardwood veneer and plywood. He had just gotten out of a vehicle at the firm's maintenance shop. The vehicle's transmission was not in the park position. The vehicle rolled onto the employee. The weight on the tire caused the employee to sustain broken ribs and a punctured lung. He was hospitalized.
