Investigation Summary
At 8:54 on September 30, 2017, an employee was driving an aerial lift up a ramp. As the aerial lift was going up the ramp, it stalled and started rolling in the opposite direction. The tire hit the dirt, and the employee inside the basket was ejected from the lift. The employee was paralyzed from the chest down. The employee was not wearing a harness at the time of the incident.
