EMPLOYEE HIT HEAD IN FALL FROM DUMPSTER

An employee was climbing down from a dumpster. He caught his foot on one of the four triangular lifting eyelets and fell backwards, hitting the crown of his head on the asphalt pavement. The injured employee was hospitalized for 10 days before dying from his injuries.
