Employee injured when crushed between loader arm and cage

Employee was using a skid loader to unload cotton seed. He stood up and was leaning out of the cage to get the attention of the trucker when he bumped the controls and became caught between the loader arm and the cage. He sustained crushing injuries that required hospitalization.
