Employee injured between moving trailer and forklift

Employee #1 and a coworker were discussing the job for the day in the cab of a truck that was pulling a 27 ft long gooseneck trailer. When they finished, Employee #1 got out on the passenger's side. He was attempting to get on a forklift that he was supposed to operate when the truck pulled away. Employee #1 became caught between the moving trailer and the stationary forklift. He was treated at the site before being transported to University Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.
