Employee injured in fall from ladder

Employee #1 was working in the south electrical vault when he apparently fell, face-down, from a 12 ft A-frame ladder. His head struck the cement and he lost consciousness momentarily. There were no witnesses to the accident, and the distance he fall was unknown.
