Investigation Summary
An electrician was installing a set of controls for an electric utility at an emergency power generation plant. As the employee was checking to see what wiring supplies he would need for the job, he contacted a 4160-volt conductor. The employee received an electric shock and sustained severe burns. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
