Employee falls from roof and is killed

At 8:45 a.m. on September 13, 2017, an employee was loading a tarp to lift debris off of the roof. The load knocked over the warning line and the employee went to the roof edge to recover the stanchion. The load struck the employee knocking him off of the roof. The employee was killed.
