EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN BLADE AMPUTATES FINGERS
Employee #1 was operating an onion topper. When he reached under the machine, his hand made contact with the topper's blades. The tip of his index finger and the end of his middle finger were amputated. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital overnight for surgery.
