Employee's leg is pinned between wall and machine

At 1:45 p.m. on September 22, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was operating an SK850 Ditch Witch Mini Skid Steer to backfill an excavation. As he was backing up close to a ventilator wall, his left leg was pinned between the wall and the machine. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a fractured leg.
