Investigation Summary
Employee #1, age 19, felled an oak tree that was attached by a wild grape vine to a nearby black cherry tree. When he started limbing the oak, the tension of the grape vine pulling on the cherry caused the cherry to be pulled down on top of him. Employee #1 was killed.
