Employee Is Struck And Killed By Material Falling Out Of The

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2017, Employee #1 had been driving a semi-tractor/trailer vehicle. He was found dead near the back end of a semi-trailer with the doors of the trailer open. Four bundles of plastic recycled scrap materials were located nearby him. It was presumed that the material fell out of the trailer and struck him in his head. An autopsy of his body revealed head fractures.
