Employee injured in fall while descending from trailer

Employee #1 had climbed up on a Kenworth #9406 tractor trailer rig to check the clearance between the cars and the top of trailer. As he was descending, he stepped on a piece of plastic on the trailer and it broke, causing him to fall 42 in. to the ground. He received a mild concussion and was hospitalized.
