Employee's hand lacerated in halving machine

Employee #1 was performing his normal job duties of hand cleaning the deboning line and the hanging room. He was cleaning the chicken shackle line when his right hand became caught and was pulled into the blade of the HM-2 halving machine. He sustained a severe laceration.
