Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:00 a.m. on September 18, 2017, Employee #1 was installing new overhead power lines that had a 7,500 volt rating. He pulled on the power line to remove the slack in the line. As moved the line, his upper arm and shoulder touched a live and uncovered jumper cable. Electricity from the power line flowed through his body and electrocuted him.
