Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:40 p.m. on September 14, 2017, Employee #1 was hoisting sections of metal gutter up from the ground. An approximately 30 ft section of metal gutter made contact with a 34,000 volt aerial electrical distribution line on an overhead power line. Electricity flowed through the metal gutter and electrocuted him.
