Employee is struck and killed by a gas powered cut-off saw

At 7:45 p.m. on September 13, 2017, an employee was working in a drained underground pool in the process of being demolished. The pool liner was made of steel. While in the process of making a vertical cut with a gas powered chop saw, the saw kicked back and struck the employee in the neck area. The employee was killed.
