Employee injures back in fall from roof
Employee #1 was preparing to clean a roof with a power washer. He was at the peak of the roof when he disengaged his rope grab and then slipped. He fell approximately 12 ft. 6 in. and sustained a ruptured disc in his back for which he was hospitalized.
