EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN FORK LIFT BACKED OVER FOOT

Employee #1 approached the fork lift, but the driver did not see Employee #1 approach the vehicle and started to back the fork lift up. The driver backed over Employee #1's right foot. Employee #1 was taken to St. Johns Hospital emergency room, where he was treated and released within 2 hours. Employee #1 suffered contusions, but there were no fractures.
