EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM DECK TO TANK

Employee #1 was working on top of a platform 20 ft above the tank prepping a water treatment tank. Employee #1 had his safety harness on, with a lanyard; however, he did not have the line connected before he fell. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital and treated for serious back and spine injuries.
