EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN TRUCK ROLLS OVER

At approximately 12:00 a.m. on November 17, 1997, Employee #1 was delivering a truckload of carrots. Employee #1 elevated the bed of his truck to unload the carrots and some carrots stuck to the bed of the truck. As the bed of the truck was elevated, the center of gravity of the truck and trailer shifted and the truck and trailer rolled over. Employee #1 was struck, sustained a serious injury, and was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
