Employee's Arm Is Fractured When Struck by Truck

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on May 31, 2008, Employee #1 had finished fixing a company truck. There was a fully loaded bed truck, which belonged to a general contractor parked in the driveway. Employee #1 asked the driver to move the vehicle but the truck would not start. Employee #1 was under the truck next to the front driver to help fix it. His coworker was at the driver seat and stepped on the brake while he worked. The truck started and rolled backwards, crushing Employee #1's right arm. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
