Employee is injured in fall from roof during demolition

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on July 23, 2003, Employee #1, a day laborer, was on the roof of a building at a demolition site. He was pulling nails out of plywood sheathing when he stepped on a loose piece of plywood and slipped and fell to the ground. He sustained multiple fractures of his leg and arm and was hospitalized.
