Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on July 24, 2006, Employee #1, a laborer, was working outside the yard under the direct heat of the sun with other crew members on double-T beds, when he passed out. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where he stayed for ten days for heat illness treatment.
