Employee Is Injured When Fuel Tank Falls on Him

On November 22, 2006, Employee #1 was removing the fuel tank from an Ingerson-Rand compactor machine, in his employer's yard; a grading and paving contractor. He removed the nuts from the bolts holding the tank to the frame. He was under the tank, removing the bottom bolts, and was injured when the tank fell on him. He was hospitalized for unspecified fractures to his legs.
