Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On July 29, 2009, Employee #1, a carpenter apprentice, was descending from a ladder to retrieve a nail gun. Employee #1 slipped, caught his leg between the ladder rungs, and fell. Employee #1 injured his leg, right foot and left hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
