Employee injured when crushed by overturned forklift

At approximately 2:31 p.m. on May 7, 2003, Employee #1 was operating a forklift in the rear parking/loading dock area of a large fruit and vegetable production and distribution complex when he lost control and rolled the forklift over onto its side. He was crushed by the forklift and was hospitalized.
