Employee fractures wrist in unguarded felt rolling machine

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on December 4, 2002, an employee working for a roofing supply store caught his wrist in the rollers of a felt rolling machine, which was located in the warehouse. The roller unit was unguarded. The employee sustained a wrist fracture but did not require hospitalization.
