Employee Injured in Fall from Step Ladder

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on December 12, 2002, Employee #1 was working on a 4-ft step ladder. Employee #1 was approximately 2 ft above floor level cleaning the walls of a single-family home under restoration. Employee #1 lost her balance and fell sustaining a fractured right ankle. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
