Employee's finger is injured by table saw

At approximately 10:59 a.m. on September 13, 2002, Employee #1 was using a 10-in. Delta portable table saw to cut sample wood designs when the board he was holding kicked back. His hand contacted the moving blade, amputating one finger at mid-knuckle and lacerating three other fingers. He was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
