Employee receives second degree burns from hot water
At approximately 9:00 p.m. on August 16, 2000, Employee #1, a janitor, was filling a bucket with hot water using a flexible hose. A surge in pressure caused him to drop the hose and it snaked around spraying him on his back and legs. He was hospitalized with second degree burns.
