Investigation Summary
An employee was pushing four ham tree racks in an overhead rail system. As he pushed the racks around a corner, one of the racks derailed and one of the branches of the falling rack struck and crushed the employee's finger against another of the racks he was pushing. His finger was crushed at the distal end. The overhead rail system was not guarded to prevent the derailment of racks.
