Employee Is Injured in Fall from Platform

At approximately 8:45 a.m. on October 11, 2007, an employee, along with the maintenance supervisor, was tracing a metal conduit of the tripped circuit of the 250 volts outlet located in the USDA room. The employee was standing on the foam ceiling panel of the USDA room and he took a step backward to let his supervisor pass by him.
