Employee Fractures Wrist and Arm in Dough Mixer

On February 24, 2003, Employee #1 was cleaning a dough mixer of a pasta machine, while it was still running. He accidentally hit the "On" button by his knee and the mixer started to move and his right arm and hand were caught in the mixer. Employee #1 fractured his wrist and arm. He was hospitalized.
