Employee Is Injured in Fall from Unsecured Ladder

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on September 22, 2005, an employee was cleaning a finished tint window from a wood frame ladder. The ladder's footing sank into the metal grill covering the gutter, and then it leaned forward; causing the employee to lose balance and fall down from the second step of an 8 feet tall wood ladder. The employee sustained multiple fractures of backbone and hand.
