Worker Is Killed While Dismantling Scaffold
On March 1, 2008, Employee #1, of Paramount Scaffold, Inc., was dismantling a scaffold. While dismantling the scaffold, Employee #1 was on a ledge outside of the scaffold. He fell approximately 33 feet to floor. Employee #1 died from the fall.
