Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was helping a foreman setting a 6 by 10 beam on the second floor roof of a home under construction. He was on a scaffold when the beam started to give way. Employee #1 tried to grab the beam and fell backward approximately 10 ft to the ground. He suffered a fractured pelvis.
