Employee punctured foot on metal peg
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2000, an employee was hanging a picture using a metal peg on a small step ladder. She dropped the metal peg on the floor and went down the metal ladder to retrieve it. She stepped on the metal peg and it punctured her left heel.
