Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was walking around the tractor trailer rigs located by the loading and unloading dock which was surrounded by the parking arena. At that time a trailer mover was backing a trailer into the dock. Employee #1 was hit by the rear wheels of the trailer, unknown by the driver or observer, and was injured. Employee #1 was taken to the Saint Johns/Pleasant Valley Hospital emergency room, where he was later pronounced dead.
