Painter in injured in fall

At around 8:55 a.m. on March 25, 2004, Employee #1, a painter, was painting a wall in a high school cafeteria. After climbing onto a drywall overhang, the drywall failed, he lost his balance, and fell 15 ft to the floor. The painter was hospitalized for serious head and facial injuries.
