Investigation Summary
At 9:00 p.m. on September 1, 2017, an employee was walking from one trailer to another to place a lock onto Trailer #17. The employee was struck by a truck that was backing up to Trailer #14 and was pinned between the truck and trailer. The employee suffered a crushed torso and was killed.
