Employee falls from a ladder

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on July 6, 1998, Employee #1 was climbing a fixed ladder that was between two platforms inside stage 29. He lost his grip on the rungs and fell back over the guardrails and landed on the stage floor below approximately 29 ft. He was hospitalized at Cedar Sinai Hospital for a fracture to his right ankle.
