Employee Falls Approximately 10 Feet from Ladder

On December 20, 2000, an employee was descending a ladder when he lost his footing. He fell from a height of approximately 10 feet and landed on the grass. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a fractured left ankle and sprained right wrist and arm.
