Employee Falls Off Ladder

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on August 9, 2004, Employee #1 a roofing apprentice, was climbing down a ladder from the second story to retrieve additional saw blades for a coworker when he slipped off the ladder and fell approximately 25 ft, striking scaffolding and a balcony. Employee #1 suffered a laceration of the right mandible and forearm. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
