Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2005, Employee #1 was doing inventory of property that would be removed from the home of a private resident. He was trying to lift a 27 in. TV from the top of a box, when he strained his back. Employee #1 was taken to a hospital, where he was hospitalized for two days for treatment of lumbar strain.
