Employee's leg fractured when pinned by tug

At approximately 11:35 p.m. on December 30, 1999, an employee at Bradley International Airport was walking out of the bag room on the right side of the ramp. A tug with a string of dollies swung and pinned her to a concrete column protector. She suffered a fractured left leg and was hospitalized.
